When Giuseppe Mola stepped through the doors of The Brook Tavern on Union Avenue, he was not looking to overhaul a Saratoga Springs staple. He was looking to protect it.
“I love the place for what it is,” Mola said. “You walk through the door and it’s like your best friend is coming. It literally is like a place where everybody knows your name, like on Cheers.”
