In this episode of Building Success Stories, we move to the next step in the process of How to Get in Front of the Right People, a system that I have developed to identify your target audience and gather the information necessary to reach (aka get in front of), engage and influence the people in that audience to become loyal customers.
After you identify WHO, WHAT, and WHERE for your target market, you look at WHEN. Identify the times that are relevant to your target audience. When are they online? When will they be likely to open your emails? This will help to determine when to schedule content delivery. When is the best time to meet in person? Is that the better technique or another technique to best engage your ideal customer?
