The one thing that I don’t like about WordPress is how frequently they upgrade the application. Some of these upgrades are needed for security issues that are really important — and it is good that they are improving on an ongoing basis. A lot of my clients don’t think they can do the updates themselves; but it is very easy to do.
Here is a video that takes you step by step through updating your WordPress installation, plugins and themes. Don’t forget to do a backup of your WordPress installation, even if just the database, before you do your updates. I’ll be doing a video on how to do that in the near future.
